2. Aqua S

Aqua S_Sea Salt and Thai Milk Tea Soft Serve

What better way to chase your Monday blues away with a dreamy, blue soft serve ice cream all the way from Sydney? Newly opened at Orchard Xchange, Aqua S serves a rather whimsical piece of art with elaborate toppings like fairy floss, popping candy, popcorn and marshmallows. We tried Aqua S’s signature sea salt and lychee flavours, topped with the fairy floss and marshmallows. Taste-wise it’s quite mild and not as intense as we expected, but worth a try for that IG-shot.
