The Seared Pork Chop with onion gravy was a dream - tender, juicy, and that gravy? Pure perfection! Paired with creamy penne pasta and sautéed mixed veggies - it was the ultimate comfort meal. As for the Fish & Chips, the beer-battered dory was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. And those cajun fries? I couldn’t stop snacking on them! 🍟🐟

This year brought unexpected joys - from forging new friendships (who knew adult friendships could be so meaningful?) to finally ticking off a bucket list item: getting my diving certification! 🐠🌊

Travel may have been less frequent, but each journey was intentional and unforgettable. Climbing mountains and catching breathtaking sunrises in Chiang Mai 🌄, indulging in a foodie adventure in Ipoh 🍜 - every moment was truly cherished.

The biggest leap of all? Starting my master’s journey! Taking that step was daunting, but it has been such an enriching experience so far.

Here’s to embracing change, chasing dreams, and celebrating the little wins. Onward to an even brighter 2025! 💫

The Tarragon Chicken Mushroom Quiche stole my heart with its creamy egg custard, tender chicken, and earthy forest mushrooms – the perfect cosy treat for this season. And the Assorted Chocolate Cookies? Perfect for sharing (or not 😉).

Indulging in these with a cup of hot chocolate was such a joy. What’s on your must-eat list this festive season? ❤️

Celebrated the festive vibes with my girls at Lola’s Café, and their Half Roast Chicken with Jus ($24) was an absolute star – juicy chicken, creamy truffle mash, caramelized maple miso brussels sprouts, and a burst of pomegranate sweetness. 🍗💫

We couldn’t resist exploring more of the menu too – the Spicy Crab Rigatoni ($20) and Tuscan Seafood Stew ($22) were packed with bold, comforting flavors that stole our hearts. 🦀🍝🦐

Their set meal for 3-4 ($78.80++) was perfect for sharing and featured some of our favorites: the Mini Hotpot and B-52 Fried Chicken. And of course, Mapo Tofu is always my go-to order - delicate cubes of silken tofu in a spicy, aromatic sauce, it’s wonderfully fragrant and flavorful.
