With the salted egg yolk still making its rounds, these yummy cookies from WHISKED are showing what they’re made off! Specially handcrafted by a passionate, self-taught baker Geraldine who grew up baking since she was in primary school, these cookies are handmade to perfection from real salted egg yolk, mashed and mixed with curry leaves for a stronger flavour. One of our all-time favourite snacks to munch on during CNY are the Almond Cookies ($15.80, 30 pieces per bottle) which symbolize coins and wealth and plays a huge part in the festive tradition. Being a huge fan of Ondeh Ondeh, these little bites of love uses fragrant pandan crust made with premium SCS butter, brushed with egg yolk, then filled with gula melaka coconut and baked to perfection.
