I am honoured to be invited for the Valentine’s Day Bar Menu and once again I am more than impressed with the exquisite dishes, wonderful ambiance and impeccable service.
Caffé B ’s Valentine’s Day Menu at the bar features a three-course menu with a wine pairing option.
A Hearty Feeling
A beautifully presented dish where cubes of Dory Fish are elegantly rolled with cubed Prawns and Bell Pepper. Served on top on a bed of soft and creamy mashed potato, this is a sumptuous appetizer to start with!
Love at First Bite
Raise a roast with a hearty main course, conjuring the memoirs of young innocent love with the well marinated Beef Short Rib braised in Red Wine, served with roasted Vegetables in Thyme and Veal Jus. Tender and cooked to perfection, the Beef Short Rib melts in my mouth with each bite, so heavenly. This dish is definitely the highlight of the Bar Menu, one which I truly fell in love with from the first bite.
Jar of Hearts
End the romantic meal on a sweet note with the Jar of Hearts. Filled with layers of White Chocolate and Yoghurt Mousse and decorated with fruity Raspberry Coulis and Wild Berries, this is for an elegant finale to such a heavenly meal.
Caffé B Bar will be offering the Valentine’s Day Menu for dinner and wine pairing is available for an additional of $80++ per couple. This three-course menu is priced at $120 per couple and is available from 8th to 14th February 2016.
