The Pistachio Earl Grey Nutella Log Cake ($76) is a new creation by Cedele this year. Infused with light Earl Grey French Buttercream and a Nutella log rolled within, the cake exhibits a delicate tea fragrance that compliments the layers of soft and fluffy chiffon.
Cedele has also introduced the Very Berry Vanilla Bean Tart ($72) – a beautiful dessert featuring fresh seasonal fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and red currants layered over a light vanilla bean pastry cream with a dark chocolate cookie crust.
The centrepiece of our Christmas table is their popular Christmas Tree Brioche ($36), featuring buttery brioche rolls decorated in a festive tree shape, served with roasted red pepper harissa hummus and umami spinach & onion cream cheese spread. I love how eye-catching this centerpiece is for our Christmas table!
