For those looking for a vegetarian option, Lotus Kitchen has a specially created line-up of exquisite CNY Set Menus, as well as prosperous Pen Cai and Yu Sheng for a sumptuous festive feast! Choose from the beautiful set menus, which cater to 4 to 10 persons. The Lotus Vegetarian Prosperity Yu Sheng features a colourful abundance of over 30 ingredients like vegetarian salmon and fish slices made from konnyaku, as well as vegetarian ba kwa, lotus root slices, julienned apple and more. Lotus Kitchen also has a vegetarian Golden Bowl of Fortune Pen Cai, brimming with over 22 wholesome ingredients like premium vegetarian abalone, sugarcane shoots, bamboo pith, barley, wolfberries and many more.

Newly launched LOCAL Restaurant & Bar at re-branded hotel 30 Bencoolen is all set for their inaugural CNY menu – featuring traditional festive classics with a creative twist. Dishes include the 30 Bencoolen “Sure HUAT” Yu Sheng with smoked Norwegian salmon set in tomato liquid jelly and molded as koi fish at $39.80++ (6 persons) $69.80++ (10 persons).

9. Nadai Fujisoba
